SafeAssure will develop written respirator policies that fulfill OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 Subpart (C). Both Electronic and Written Programs are
available.
Employee Respirator Training
SafeAssure performs employee training which fulfills OSHA29 CFR 1910.134 Subpart (K). SiteSpecific employee training programs are developed to fit each organization’s various respirator needs.
Medical Clearance
In the time it takes to fill out the MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE, your organization can receive respirator medical clearance for your employees. An electronic Medical Questionnaire can be filled out by all employees that are required to wear a respirator as part of their job. Once completed, OSHA requires that this questionnaire be provided to a healthcare professional for review.
After an employee is given medical clearance to wear a respirator OSHA requires they pass SafeAssure’s Qualitative FitTest
with the respirator they are going to wear within the working environment.
